LONG VALLEY - Washington Township Public Library is offering free online programs for adults.
Fitness & Health:
Qigong for Health & Immunity
Wednesdays, May 6 & 20 @ 1 p.m.
These live Zoom sessions are led by instructor Stan Cohen. Forms covered will include Swimming Dragon Qigong, 6 Circles, 8 Brocades and other form movements and skill building.
