LONG VALLEY - Washington Township Public Library is offering free online programs for kids:

Story Times
Mother Goose & Me (Ages 0-24 Months) - Tuesdays @ 10:30 a.m.
Very Ready Reading Story Time (Ages 2-5) - Wednesdays @ 10:30 a.m.
Rock & Read (Ages 2-5) - Thursdays @ 10:30 a.m.
Big Kid Story Time (Kindergarten & Up) - Thursdays @ 4 p.m.
Story times will be held over Zoom. Please register through our online calendar so we can send you a link to attend.

Be Creative Picture Bingo
Wednesdays, May 6 & 20 @ 4 p.m.
Join us for a fun, all-ages game of BINGO - with pictures. Please register online so we can send you a board to print out. Please include how many boards you need

Music is Fun with Mrs. Karen
Friday, May 8th @ 10:30 a.m.
Ms. Karen was kind of enough to send a video of one of our favorite programs. Fun for all ages! Please register online and we will send a link to the video in an email.

Yoga
Yay! Yoga (Ages 2-5 years with parent/caregiver) - Monday, May 11 @ 10:30 a.m.
Kula Kids (Kids in grades K-5) - Monday, May 11 @ 4 p.m.

Take Home Craft: DIY Pinwheel
Monday, May 11th @ 3 p.m.
Design your own Pinwheel with this craft kit from the library! Kits will be prepackaged and available for home delivery or available for pick up at the library. If you would like a no contact home delivery, you can email Miss Amanda your address at amanda.ort@wtpl.org. Library Pick Up will be placed in a container at the end of the library driveway. Must register online (registration opens Friday, May 1st @ 8 a.m.).

Contests
Online Lego Contest
Use your imagination to make your own Lego creation! Accepting submissions from May 1st-15th. Age categories: Kindergarten & Younger, Grades 1-5, and Grades 6-12. Please email a picture of your creation to wtplyouthservices@yahoo.com. Please include name, age, and grade in the email. Entries will be posted to the library Facebook page. The creation with the most likes in each category will win a $10.00 Barnes & Noble gift card. Online voting runs May 16th-June 17th.
National Library Week Bookmark Contest
Download the online bookmark template and instruction sheet and have fun! Bookmarks should be 2.5 in. x 7.5 in. on plain white paper. Entries can be mailed to the library at 37 E. Springtown Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853 while the library is closed.

The library is also offering programs for teens and adults.
