LONG VALLEY, NJ — A ruptured gas line has caused a portion of Schooleys Mountain Road to close early Thursday afternoon, according to Washington Township officials. The roadway is closed between Newburgh Road to Route 57, said police. There is no official estimate of when construction will be completed, but motorists should seek an alternate route.
