Girls Rock Yoga Coming Up In Long Valley

LONG VALLEY, NJ— Designed specifically for young girls, Girls Rock Yoga registration is now open in Washington Township.

Offered for girls in grades 5-8, the hour long classes will each strengthening, breathing and meditation exercises, and help build friendships. A "fun activity" will be offered at every class.

Classes are held Monday's starting on April 3 and running through May 22, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Washington Township Senior Center (35 Springtown Rd).
