Icy road conditions Tuesday morning have forced the Washington Township and West Morris Regional school districts to operate on a two-hour delayed opening schedule.The rain and ice mixture coating roads overnight comes as no surprise after a <a href="https://patch.com/new-jersey/longvalley/weather-forecast-possible-winter-weather-advisory" target="_blank" rel="noopener">nor'easter was projected</a> for mid-week by the National Weather Service.Temperatures are expected to rise Tuesday as the precipitation becomes mainly rain, but could become heavy, wet snow Tuesday night into Wednesday.
