Long Valley Youth Wrestling Preparing for Season

With fall here and the winter fast approaching, wrestling season at all levels is upon us.

For Washington Township's youth, the Long Valley Wolfpack Wrestling program is ready to kick off, with online registrations available now for the 2011-12 season.

The program invites wrestlers in kindergarten through 8th grade, and offers instructional and competitive programs for wrestlers of all grades and skill levels; no wrestling experience is required. The season runs from November through January for youngest wrestlers, and through late February for those 3rd grade and above.

If interested, but unsure, kids (and parents) are invited to watch practices before registering. For ages 2nd grade and under, head to the wrestling room on Monday, Nov. 7, Tuesday, Nov. 8, or Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 5:30 p.m. 

For ages 3rd grade and older, practices for those wrestlers can be seen on Tuesday, Nov. 15, Wednesday, Nov. 16, or Thursday, Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. at
