The Washington Township and West Morris Regional school districts will operate on a two-hour delayed opening Friday, March 6, after Morris County was walloped by more than half a foot of snow Thursday.The school districts made the decision just before 5 a.m. Friday after classes were canceled Thursday from the storm.Temperatures aren't expected to rise above 24 degrees Friday, but will give way to increasing warmth over the weekend.
