Morris County Is Colder Than Antarctica Right Now (PHOTOS)

It's currently two degrees colder in Morris County than it is in Antarctica-- but that hasn't stopped residents from going outside.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — It's been freezing in Morris County, the kind of bone shaking cold that makes you want to curl up inside until April. Temperatures have been so low that it's literally colder than Antarctica. Yes, really: as of 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, it's 27 degrees in Antarctica and just 25 degrees in Chester, according to the Weather Channel.

That hasn't stopped the outdoorsy types in Morris County though, who ventured out to ride ATVs on Lake Hopatcong and take hikes through Montville and Long Valley, and they snapped plenty of photos of the county frozen over.
