Motorcyclist Killed After Hitting Deer, Being Hit By Car On Rt 80
Police say the man was thrown off his bike after hitting the deer, and was then struck by a car.

MOUNT OLIVE, NJ — A motorcyclist died after hitting a deer, flying off his bike, and being hit by a passing car on Rt. 80 early Friday morning, State Police said.
Brandon Lastfogel, 30, of Boonton, was driving on Route 80 east in Mount Olive when he struck the deer around 2 a.m., police said. The driver of the car that struck him did not remain on the scene, and the accident remains under investigation.
Lastfogel was pronounced dead at the scene.
