Pork Roll Fest Coming To North Jersey This Fall Announces Date

Taylor ham, pork roll, or whatever you call it: you'll be able to get plenty of the delicious NJ-specific meat at the upcoming fest.

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — Its on: the pork roll festival coming to Warren County this fall has an official date.

The Phillipsburg Pork Roll Festival is rolling into town for the first time this fall. Mark your calendars for Oct. 14 when food vendors, live music and more come together to celebrate the N.J. specialty.

The festival is still in the planning stage, so a list of vendors is not yet available (though its probably safe to assume you'll be able to pick up a pork roll, egg and cheese on a hard roll at at least one of the food trucks). Some hints were given in the form of hashtags on the Facebook post announcing the event: #porkrollporter #porkrollonastick #porkrollcupcakes #porkrolleverything.
