Found! Puppy Spooked By Fireworks Missing In Long Valley

A 5 month old goldendoodle ran away last night after he was scared by fireworks, and his family is offering a $300 reward for his return.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Have you seen this puppy? Beau (pronounced like "bow") has been missing from his Long Valley home after being scared by fireworks last night.

Update: Thanks to Patch readers, Beau was found and returned to his family.

Beau ran away from his 14 Nestlingwood Drive home last night, July 2, around 8 p.m. his owner, Diane Mullin, told Patch. The five-month-old puppy was startled by nearby fireworks; he has not been seen since.

The goldendoodle pup has blonde curly hair and is about 35 pounds. Beau does not have a harness or collar, and has a non-tracking microchip. He comes when his name is called, Mullin said.
