Rt. 46 Work Scheduled During Rt. 206 Shutdown

ROXBURY, NJ — Route 206 isn't the only road Morris County drivers will see delays on this July: work is also scheduled for Route 46 in Roxbury.

The Route 46 work is scheduled for a stretch of the road between Railroad Ave and South Dell Ave on July 10. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Although the road is expected to remain open, drivers should expect delays. Roxbury police will be on-hand to help direct drivers.

The work comes during a nine-day shutdown of Route 206. That closure is set to start on July 6, weather permitting, and the road will be detoured through Chester. Read more about that detour here.
