'Stuff The Bus' To Help Long Valley Food Pantry
Help fill a school bus with donations for the local food pantry.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Long Valley Middle School students want you to help them "stuff the bus" with donations for the local food pantry.
On Oct. 28, the school will have a bus parked outside the Long Valley Presbyterian Church, with the goal of filling it with donations for the Long Valley Food Pantry. Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., you can drop off donations from the list below (you can also drop them off at the school).
- Ready-to-eat meals
- Canned chili
- Boxed dinners
- Tomato sauce
- Diced tomatoes
- Canned pastas
- Soups/stews
- Gluten free products
- Rice, canned fruits & vegetables
- Snack bars
- Vinegar & salad dressings
- Peanut butter/jam/jelly,
- Pancake mix
- Syrup
- Hot/cold cereals,
- Coffee/tea
- Canned/bottled juice
- Shelf-stable milk
- Cooking oil
- Mustard/ketchup/mayonnaise
- Laundry detergent
- Hamburger helper
- Sandwich bags
- Toilet paper/paper towels/tissues
- Personal hygiene items
