A winter storm that brought several inches of snow to Washington Township Sunday afternoon has led to a two-hour delayed opening for all locals schools Monday.With that comes a change in the schedule for third and sixth grade students, who were previously scheduled to take part in the mandated PARCC test.Both the Washington Township and West Morris Regional school districts made the decision just before 9 p.m. Sunday night.
