Washington Twp. Police Looking To Add Officer

Applications accepted through Jan. 7, 2016.

The Washington Township Police Department is looking to add a new officer to its ranks, and has formally put out an advertisement for applications.

Applications will be accepted for the position of Patrol Officer between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Applicants are required to have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university, have earned at least 60 credits from an accredited college or university, or have completed three years of active military service concluding with an honorable discharge.

Applicants with PTC certification still must meet the educational requirements.

Applications can be found at wtpdmorris.org and are being accepted through Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016 at 3 p.m.
