The Washington Township School District and West Morris Central High School will operate on a 2-hour delay Thursday, Nov. 3, according to their respective websites, wtschools.org and wmchs.org. The districts are avoiding closing for the fourth straight day after a foot of snow was dumped on Washington Township on Saturday, Oct. 29.
