West Morris Central Plows Through Chatham For Shutout Win

Wolfpack improves to 4-2 on the season.

West Morris Central took advantage of a winless Chatham Cougars team during its homecoming game Friday night, drubbing their Morris County opponent by a score of 41-0.

According to nj.com, the Wolfpack attempted just one pass all night as the ground game racked up hundreds of yards. Connor Thompson and Javier Murray both eclipsed the 100 yard mark as they sliced through the Cougar defense, which now stands at 0-6.

Thompson gained 148 yards while Murray rushed for 111, nj.com said. Both scored twice on the night. 

The Wolfpack hosts Parsippany Hills at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26.
