Kirby Shakespeare Theatre on Drew University's campus from October 10 to November 15, 2026, presented by The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. The broader roundup also spotlights concerts, children's shows, and community productions across New Jersey, offering plenty of cultural outings within an easy drive of Madison.
• Field Hockey Shut Out By Wilkes At Home (suquill.com) — Susquehanna University's field hockey team was shut out 2–0 by Wilkes, despite generating several late scoring chances and strong goalkeeping. The River Hawks now turn their attention to a road game against Drew University in Madison, giving local fans a chance to see visiting Landmark Conference competition on their home turf.
• Esperanza Kicks off the Year (thedrewacorn.com) — An immigration-focused student group at Drew University is planning a panel discussion that will invite both Drew students and the wider Madison community into a conversation about safety, detention, and support for immigrants. Organizers also hope to expand efforts like a "general drive" for food and hygiene items to help people held in ICE detention centers nearby, and to deepen collaboration with other campus groups.
