• Attention Madison Commuters: NJ Transit Midtown Direct Service to Be Diverted to Hoboken Beginning October 12th; Changes to Last Five Weeks (TAPinto.net) — Madison rail riders face five weeks of major NJ Transit changes as all weekday Midtown Direct trains are diverted to Hoboken starting October 12, with cross-honoring on ferries, PATH, and buses. If you usually board in Madison for New York Penn, you'll need to adjust your commute, check the modified schedules, and buy tickets to Hoboken until regular service is expected to resume November 15.
