The Thursday Morning Club and Madison Rotary will offer free Halloween costumes for children, along with light refreshments and a fun craft on Saturday, October 10th from 10am - 1pm. The event is designed to help local families enjoy Halloween without the added expense of costumes. Thanks to a generous donation from Party City, TMC, Rotary and Affinity Bank have collected hundreds of costumes to share with the community.
