Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hosts BBQ For Madison Seniors

MADISON, N.J. – (May 18, 2016) – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office in Madison celebrated its annual Coldwell Banker Cares Day event at the Rexford Tucker Senior Living Apartments in Madison on Saturday, April 16.

“Coldwell Banker Cares Day is a way for us to give back to Madison," said Elizabeth “Lizz” Lambert, Cares Ambassador and sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Madison.

For the third year, volunteers from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hosted a BBQ lunch at the facility. Approximately 50 residents attended an afternoon of eating and dancing to the tunes of the Pete Lamone Band.

“I don't know who had a better time, the agents or the residents,” said Scott Bruen, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Madison. “It feels great to give back to our community.”

All 52 real estate offices affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. gave back to local communities via charitable efforts as part of the fourth annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day event. In total, more than 700 volunteers worked a combined 3,000-plus hours during Cares Day. They collected multiple carloads of food, clothes and other needed goods, as well as more than $9,000 in financial donations for local charities through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares.
