Billed as the “last of the psychedelic jug bands,” the Allamuchy Sheiks play a mix of musical styles drawn from the rural and urban string bands of the American South popular during the 1920’s and 30’s. Accompanied by guitars, banjos, fiddles, mandolins, harmonics, bass, kazoo and washboard, their music is guaranteed to raise a smile.
