MADISON, N.J. (Jan. 29, 2026) – Ready to lead boldly and grow with purpose? Join us at Dress for Success Northern New Jersey – 10 Counties' (DFSNNJ's) 7th Annual Women’s Leadership Summit on Wednesday, March 4. This year’s Women Shaping the Future-themed event will take place from 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the FDU Mansion in Madison.
Attendees will hear from inspiring speakers redefining leadership and shaping what’s next, and learn how to lead change and create impact. The Summit also features networking and breakfast, complimentary headshots, door prizes and swag bags sponsored by L’Oreal and e.l.f. Cosmetics. Event proceeds are earmarked for DFSNNJ’s no-fee career readiness and development services for unemployed and under-employed women.
