WATCH: Madison Remembers Those Lost On 9/11
Officials honored those lost in a ceremony.

MADISON, NJ - Six "Madisonians" died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. They were husbands, parents, and sons, and all of them were neighbors and friends in the Madison community.
On the 18th anniversary of the tragedy that took place against the nation, the Borough of Madison vowed to ‘Never Forget’ those whose lives were lost on Sept. 11, 2001, and remember those who are still affected by the attacks to this day.

"We specifically honor and recognize the six Madisonians that never returned home; James L. Crawford, Timothy R. Hughes, Patrick McGuire, Donald Peterson, Jean Peterson, Peter West," officials posted.
Mayor Robert Conley was joined by the Hartley Dodge Trustees, Police Chief Darren Dachisen and Fire Chief Lou DeRosa, who sounded the horns at HDM at key moments on this 18th anniversary of 9/11.
