Dad Of Man Charged In Hit-And-Run Death Hid Car: Prosecutor
John Bialek allegedly hid the 2013 Ford Focus his son Brandon was driving when he reportedly hit a Teaneck man on Route 46, killing him.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The father of twins changed in the hit-and-run death of a Teaneck man on Route 46 allegedly hid the car involved in the crash, authorities said.
Brian Rossi was hit the morning of Jan. 5 on Route 46 near the Teterboro Walmart and Industrial Avenue and later died from his injuries, authorities said.
Brandon Bialek fled the scene in the Focus and arranged with his father John Bialek, 52, to hide the 2013 black Ford Focus the his Rossi at his father's house, said acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo.

Authorities found the Ford Focus at John Bialek's Wallington home and seized it, Calo said.
Bialek was charged with third-degree hindering apprehension. He is scheduled to appear in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court March 5.

Rossi, 28, was a "loving" son, brother, uncle and friend, his sister Sharyn Rossi Agnew wrote on a gofundme pageshe created in connection with her brother's death.
