About RENZO GRACIE RAMAPO VALLEY
We are offering a FREE Women Self-Defense Seminar on Saturday, September 14th from 12 PM to 2 PM that is open to the local communities.
We believe the benefits of taking a self-defense class are well worth the investment of time, and having the skills to protect yourself could potentially save your life.
Even if you already take martial arts classes, we believe you can benefit from this seminar. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu does not rely on strength and athleticism to overpower your opponent. To control and overcome greater size, strength and aggression with lesser size and strength is the keynote of this sport. This is done by utilizing superior leverage, grip and position upon your opponent. Students of the sport gain a deep understanding of the workings and limits of the human body.
We would like to invite local residents to participate in this free 2 hour seminar. We are thrilled to be able to support our community by imparting our knowledge and love of this sport.
Girls 13 years old and older, as well as all women are welcome to attend.
