Happy Day Farm: First Agri-Tourism Business in Manalapan

The owners of the Happy Day Farm, Olivia and Tim Stockel, were joined by the five members of the Manalapan Township Committee, Mayor Susan Cohen, Deputy Mayor Don Holland, Committeemen Andrew Lucas, Ryan Green and Jordan Maskowitz for the ribbon cutting and the official opening of the first Agri-Tourism business located in Manalapan.

The 10-acre corn maze named “Jerseywood” is complete with the silhouettes of Jersey’s own Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Frank Sinatra and Joe Pesce. In addition, the attractions include a 10-acre pumpkin patch, hayrides, petting zoo, pony rides, hay tunnel, photo cutouts, corn blaster, pig races and much more.

Tim Stockel noted that “The Happy Day Farm is a magical experience for your entire family and we are dedicated to providing an experience that you and your children will remember for years to come.”

Mayor Susan Cohen added that “The Committee is excited that a long time Manalapan resident, Tim Stockel, is providing a family experience which promotes Agri-Tourism in our community and illustrates yet another great example of how important our farm land preservation program works in Manalapan.”

The Happy Day Farm is located on a parcel of land which was preserved in the State’s Farmland Preservation Program.
