Blue Card & Added Assessment Inspections

The Township of Manalapan has engaged Realty Data Systems to inspect properties throughout the municipality. RDS will perform inspections for added assessment purposes and interior/exterior inspections, in order to comply with the Real Property Assessment Demonstration Program.

All RDS inspectors are easily identifiable with each inspector wearing company insignia embossed in blue on a gray shirt or jacket, and will be displaying an RDS photo ID in a visible location. Each inspector and his/her vehicle are registered with the Manalapan Township Police Department for verification.
