Transitioning from Early Intervention to Preschool Workshop on Monday, 3/30/15

Sussan, Greenwald & Wesler will be presenting a free three-part series about what parents can do to better help their special needs child at

The first workshop, Transitioning from Early Intervention to Preschool, will be lead by Staci Greenwald, Esq. It will be geared toward parents whose children are 2 to 3 years old and is designed to help you become an advocate for your child as he or she moves from receiving services through early intervention to a school-based setting.

Staci will cover what to expect during this transition, offer tips for planning and participating in meetings, and discuss ideas to help you navigate this transition smoothly (followed by a Q & A).

The next workshop, What is the IDEA and What are my Child’s Rights?, will be held on Wednesday April 29th, and the final workshop, Estate Planning for your Child with Special Needs, will be on Wednesday, May 20th.
