A Brick man is facing one count of receiving stolen property in Spring Lake. An indictment handed down by the Monmouth County Superior Court alleges that 24-year-old Steven Donoghue stole power tools belonging to Dearborn Builders with an estimated value of over $500 on Feb. 5 in Spring Lake. Receiving stolen property is a third degree crime. A court date has yet to be set.
