Free shuttles will get you to and from Harry Wright Lake. Find out when and more.

UPDATE, 10:30 a.m. Friday: Heavy rain predicted for Saturday has forced township officials to postpone the celebration to Sunday.
With Manchesterβs 150th Anniversary Celebration now set for Saturday, here are five things you should know about the event at Harry Wright Lakeβ
- In the event of rain -- right now, the National Weather Service is saying there is a 70 percent chance of rain Saturday -- the celebration will be held on Sunday, June 28.
- There will be beer available, with restrictions. You will not be permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the event. The Township Council on Monday night passed a temporary suspension of the townβs ordinance banning alcohol consumption that applies to Harry Wright Lake only during the 150th Anniversary Celebration. Beer sales will be controlled, with wristbands that will be available for purchase that limit each wearer to two beers between noon and 3 p.m., with an additional wristband available that will permit the purchase of two more between 3 and 6 p.m.
- There will be fun, including a sandcastle building contest, a dunk tank that Council President Brendan Wiener said he will be sitting in, and a contest judging the best legs ... among the men. The Nicest Legs contest is at 5 p.m., so donβt miss out.
- There will be plenty to keep the children entertained, especially free kiddie rides.
- There will be free shuttles to bring you to and take you home from the celebration, to help minimize the traffic at Harry Wright Lake. Check out the schedule below for bus times, and donβt forget a blanket or a folding chair for the fireworks.
The event begins at noon and concludes after the fireworks, which are set for dusk -- somewhere around 9 p.m. Check out the full schedule of events by clicking here.
