Barnegat, Manchester Men Indicted On Heroin Charges
Ryan Darcy, 29, of Barnegat and John Ward, 38, of Manchester were charged with possession of heroin on July 10 in Monmouth County.
A Barnegat man and a Manchester resident were indicted this past week on heroin possession charges in Tinton Falls, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.

The indictment was issued on Wednesday. No bail information was available.
