Inter-Galactic USS Challenger MCC 1676-0 Galactic Gourmet Food Celebration

Inter-Galactic Foods consumed by members and guests at the USS Challenger's NCC – 1676 – D Starship, located at 1000 Bay Blvd, at Seaside Heights, N.J., critiqued as excellent on April 12, 2026.

The menu consisted of Veridan Cheese pasta (mac and cheese), Klinger Krispies, Betazed Greenleaf wraps, Vulcan Salad, Klinger Hams, Qusdito Tritical (Stuffed Shells), Targ Hearts (Turkey Stroganoff)

And for desert Morovian Moon Luna Cake (yellow pineapple cake topped with walnuts) and a Tribble Bites platter.

We celebrated our new member, Richard Arocho, ensign, who joined on 2/13/26, contributing with his photographic talents.

Also, James Pecora, the 4th Vice Commander of the American Legion Post 129, honored us by joining Challenger with his many talents in Acting. Some of his performances were seen in The Godfather, All My Children, The Good Wife, and many more.
