Do You Know Him? Manchester Police Seeking ID Help

The Manchester Township Police Department is seeking help identifying a man it says is wanted in connection with the fraudulent use of a debit card.

The man used the debit card for purchases at several businesses in Whiting, police said.

The man is described as a white male in his 30s to 40s, about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and weighing 150 to 170 pounds. He has brown hair that he sometimes wears in a small ponytail.
