• ICE Arrests NJ Boat Captain Charged In Harbor Crash That Killed Woman, Infant (patch.com) — Manville residents are learning more about a local boat captain now in federal custody after a New York Harbor tour boat he allegedly operated without proper licenses capsized, killing a woman and her five-month-old daughter. Homeland Security officials say the 46-year-old Manville man, identified as an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, faces misconduct charges as investigators detail overcrowding, missing safety gear, and unlicensed tour operations tied to the fatal August 8 incident.
