14 Year Old Knocked Off Bike, iPhone Stolen
Also, subwoofer, GPS and antenna stolen from Volkswagen Golf.

A group of teenage boys knocked another boy off his bicycle and stole his phone and some cash last last week.
On Monday, August 15, a 14-year-old boy was riding his bicycle on Park Road at approximately 9:00 p..m when he was approached by a group of five to six teenage boys. The boy reported that the group surrounded him and knocked him off his bike. As the victim was on the ground several of the teens began to punch him and then went though the his pockets, removing his iPhone and $12.
The group then fled to a waiting car and left the area. The only description available from the victim is that the teens were black males, in there late teens or early 20’s. No description of the car was available.

On the same day, Maplewood police report that a 2004 VW Golf was broken into between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. as the car was parked on Irvington Avenue. The intruder removed a Redline 12” subwoofer, a Garmin GPS unit, and the rear antenna. The car sustained damage to the driver’s side door lock, the glove box and the front bumper area.
