Cash Buyers Making a Comeback in Maplewood?

17% of the homes sold since January were bought by cash buyers. Is this a trend as we head into spring? The amount of cash buyers in Maplewood has been increasing steadily over the past 3 years for the same period heading into April. 2013 10% of the transactions were from cash buyers and in 2014 the number climbed to 15%.
