Man Arrested for Shoplifting 26 Packs of Gum
The following arrest information was supplied by the Mapelwood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

An 42-year-old Newark man was arrested for allegedly shoplifting 26 packs of Trident gum from the the Springfield Avenue in Maplewood last Thursday.
Kevin Omar Clark of South 18th St. in Newark, was arrested by Maplewood Police and charged with shoplifting after police say he concealed the packs of Trident gum and walked out of the Quick Chek without paying for them. Police officers located Clark in the parking lot of the business and found the items on him. He was later turned over to Newark Police for several outstanding warrants out of the city.
