Maplewood Teen Arrested for Neiman Marcus Shoplifting

On Saturday, Neiman Marcus employees observed someone stealing more than $3,630 worth Louis Vuitton belts from the store at The Mall at Short Hills.
Neiman Marcus Store Loss Prevention reported to the police that the suspect entered a Chevy Monte Carlo, which Millburn Police officers saw the vehicle leave the mall and pulled it over.
They stopped the car and further investigation resulted in the ultimate arrest of two adults and one juvenile.

Philippe Benson, 20, of Irvington, his brother Jonathan Benson, 19, also of Irvington, and a 17-year old Maplewood juvenile were charged with several crimes including shoplifting. The juvenile was released to his parents and the two adults were processed and released pending their court hearings.
