Richard Mullen: Exploring Tai Chi

Richard Mullen, who has just begun teaching a Tai Chi class at the Ethical Culture Society on Sunday mornings, will discuss Tai Chi--its origins, philosophy, and method. He will explore the history of Tai Chi, uncover the different styles, and identify the benefits of Tai Chi for health, well-being, and self-defense.
