This Week's Police Blotter: One Home Burglary and One Stolen Auto
The following information was provided by Capt. Paul Conlon of the Maplewood Police Department.

A laptop and a camera were among the items stolen when a Maplewood home on Princeton Street was burglarized this past week.
Police said that a resident of the home reported the crime after returning home last Wednesday Oct. 19. The burglary took place between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Entry was gained through an unlocked first floor window and the resident reported that an Acer laptop computer, a Fuji digital camera and some other personal items were missing.
On Saturday, Oct. 22, a man from Scotch Plains reported to Maplewood Police that his 1995 Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from the Extra Supermarket parking lot on Irvington Avenue in Maplewood. The SUV was parked in the lot for about 10 minutes at 10:30 a.m. when it was discovered to be missing.
