Our mission at T3 is to take a talented, coachable athlete who is driven to improve and to help her reach a higher level each season.  We look for athletes with an excellent work ethic, athleticism, and a coachable attitude, and for those who possess the drive and desire to reach their maximum potential.  Our focus is on player development.  Through sharing our passion and knowledge of the game of lacrosse, we create an environment for our players to perform at their highest level.

About T3 Elite Program:

T3 Lacrosse organizes elite teams from the 5th - 11th grade levels. T3 North is based out of the Somerset County area and T3 Shore is based out of the Monmouth County area.  Players will receive outstanding coaching from some of the best minds in college lacrosse, compete against the best travel programs in the country, and develop friendships with players from neighboring youth and high school programs.  For a more detailed program overview, CLICK HERE 

Our family of elite team athletes is serious and dedicated. We are committed to raising the competitive level of our teams each season.  Many of our teams have won division championships and/or made finalist appearances in playoffs again this summer.  We develop athletes into high-end performers.  Our teams have a  track record of SUCCESS at all grade levels AND have achieved this while competing in highly competitive brackets at national tournaments.     

Our T3 Elite program has earned the respect of collegiate coaches. We have placed over 170 T3 Elite players into the Division 1, 2 and 3 levels since our inception in 2005!  Click hereto see where T3 Elite girls are playing in college.  Our players are high profile student-athletes who achieve acceptance into some of the best academic schools in the country.  We are proud of our 75 and counting Academic All-Americans.  And we have a reputation for helping all of our athletes, not just the top performers.  Just ask our past graduates! 

Players will receive at least 18 total practices and attend 5 nationally recognized tournaments.  We start our training in January to be sure our players have time to bond with teammates and the coaching staff well in advance of summer competitions.  We continually look for ways to add value to what we offer our elite team families.  Our College Coaches Recruiting Panel was a huge success and enormous benefit to our T3 Elite families, provided at no extra charge.  We listen to your feedback to make improvements each year. CLICK HERE to see what our current players and parents are saying about T3 Elite. 

Why Elite Lacrosse?

Lacrosse is the fastest growing collegiate sport for women.  There are currently 92 Division I, 78 DII, and 216 DIII women's lacrosse programs.  DI opportunities are targeted to grow to over 120 schools by 2014!  Lacrosse opens up amazing academic opportunities for our girls on a very large scale.  Traditional sports such as soccer have a massive pool of players and talent to draw from, making it nearly impossible to stand out.  Lacrosse is still relatively new.  It is an untapped resource, and has much to offer to players who are willing to commit.  Try Lacrosse!  And try T3 Elite!  You won't be disappointed...
