BOE Budget Passes; Three Elected to Marlboro Board
The Marlboro school budget and Board of Education vote polls closed at 9 p.m. Tuesday.

The set forth by the Marlboro Board of Education has passed after a public vote Tuesday.
The budget decreases taxes by 2.5 cents for every $100 of assessed home value. According to budget presentations from the , much of the budget goes toward salaries and contracts, as well as the district move toward surrounding technology and changes to standardized testing.
Of who to be a member of the Board of Education. John Dwyer and Jian Kao are newly elected board members, and BonnieSue Rosenwald was re-elected for second term. Kao took the most, with 998 votes.
