Car Stolen From Colts Neck Driveway Saturday
The black 2016 BMW had been left unlocked, with the key fob inside the car, police said.

COLTS NECK, NJ — The Colts Neck Police Department is currently investigating the theft of a motor vehicle that was stolen Saturday night, the police announced Monday.
A Lake Drive resident reported that someone stole their black 2016 BMW 640i from their driveway sometime between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 8:50 a.m. Sunday. The vehicle was unlocked and the key-fob had been left inside the vehicle.
If anyone observed any suspicious activity in the area of Lake Drive Saturday night, please contact the Colts Neck Police Department Detective Bureau at 732-780-7323 or detectives@coltsneckpolice.com, police asked. They also reminded residents to lock their cars and never leave keys or key-fobs in vehicles.

"Unfortunately many have not heeded the warnings or are not aware of this increasing problem," Colts Neck police wrote on Facebook.
