Collier Youth Services, a nonprofit agency that supports at-risk youth through residential, educational and summer programs, is proud to announce the honorees for its 2014 Gala, Collier…an Opportunity to Change. Due to their long-standing support, Collier will honor Provident Bank and the Parish of St. Gabriel’s Church of Marlboro. Sr. Debbie Drago, Executive Director of Collier Youth Services notes, “The strong commitment of these two organizations enhances our community and enables Collier to fulfill its mission to provide at-risk youth a chance to grow toward their potential in an environment that promotes belonging, dignity and hope.” This year’s gala will be held on May 16, 2014 at the Navesink Country Club in Middletown. The evening will feature fine dining, a live and silent auction, and entertainment by the band Hoi Polloi. The gala is made possible by a dedicated steering committee of area residents, pictured here. Dianne Baccala of Marlboro and Eve DeCarlo of Freehold (seated, front) co-chair the event. Proceeds from the event will benefit the various programs of Collier Youth Services: Collier Group Home, Collier House, Kateri Environmental Center, Kateri Day Camp and Collier Middle & High School.
