In order to apply for a high school parking permit for the senior year, Colts Neck High School 11th grade students and their parents must attend the FRHSD Driver Safety Program.
The student program will take place during the school day. The parent program will take place at the school at 7:00 PM. Parents should arrive by 6:45 PM in order to secure a parking spot for the evening's program. Students are not required to attend the parent program.
Applications for a parking permit will be considered incomplete without the attachment of a Certificate of Driver Safety Awareness Completion, which parents will sign at the evening program. Parents must bring a photo ID.

Parents who are unable attend the Parent Awareness Program scheduled at their child’s school may attend a parent training session at a different FRHSD high school. All parents attending a Parent Awareness Program will receive a Driver Safety Awareness Certificate of Completion.
