SSDS in Marlboro To Host First-Ever NJ Math League Competition on Pi Day, March 14:
For the first time in its history, the National Math League Competition is coming to New Jersey! Solomon Schechter Day School (SSDS) in Marlboro, NJ will host the first-ever NJ Math League Competition for Grades 3-5 on Pi Day - Wednesday, March 14, 2012, from 3:30-6:00 p.m. The competition is open to any private or public school in New Jersey. In addition to Solomon Schechter Day School of Greater Monmouth County, the following schools will compete: Gerard Berman Day School, Golda Och Academy, Joseph Kushner Academy, Solomon Schechter Day School of Raritan Valley, St. Benedict, St. Denis School, St. Joseph School, St. Leo the Great School, Taylors Mills Public School, and The Ranney School.

Enrollment is also now open for the 2012-2013 school year. This will be the second year of SSDS’ highly successful Kindergarten Dual-Language Immersion Program, featuring high-tech classrooms and an integrated Hebrew language program alongside its award-winning general studies curriculum.
