Hominy Hill Golf Course in Colts Neck won Best Gold Course in this month's edition of New Jersey Monthly magazine's "Best of Jersey" series - should it have earned the top title, or are you wondering why it made the list?
In the April 2012 edition of New Jersey Monthly magazine, local golf course Hominy Hill in Colts Neck won the annual "Best of Jersey" series in the Golf Course (Public) category.
Runners-up were and Ballyowen in Hamburg.
Thomas Hendrix, an avid golfer from Howell, said the corse deserves this title. "Hominy Hill is so much fun to play at. It is just beautiful, the greenskeepers are great," he said. "You're getting private course quality for county course price."
