Kindergarten Program Applications Available in January
The district will post information and applications on the district website.

The brand new kindergarten program, which adds on to the 's current half-day kindergarten schedule, will be available again for the 2012-2013 school year.
Applications for the will be available mid-January, and the district will post information about tuition and payment options as well as details about the lottery drawing on its website.
"While KCP will satisfy a growing need for our Marlboro families who are seeking a quality, full-day kindergarten program, it will also continue to provide a significant revenue stream for the district," a news release said.

The program was first rolled out in the fall, and includes enrichment activities, as well as lunch and recess for students. The day lasts from 9:10 am to 3:40 pm, and will offer reading, math, science, social studies, music and art, according to a district news release.
This first installment of the program cost a total of $4,000, which the Board of Education pointed out is less expensive than some private kindergarten facilities. The payments were made in installments.
