Marlboro Education Aid Increases 6.8 Percent
State aid for education was increase by $200 million for New Jersey districts.

The will see a 6.8 percent increase in state aid for the 2012-13 school year.
Marlboro will see $11.5 million from the state next school year according to numbers released form Trenton on Thursday afternoon, an increase of $733,469.
Total K-12 formula aid throughout the state for the 2013 fiscal year amounted to $7.8 billion, an increase of $135 million over 2012, the largest increase in New Jersey history, according to a news release.

The next Board of Education will be at 8 p.m. on March 6, an adoption of the tentative 2012-13 budget will take place.
